What Causes Numerous Lumps In The Arms, Upper Thigh, Shoulder Joint, Scalp, Throat And Breast?

Over the past 6 months I have developed numerous lumps. Arms, upper thigh, shoulder joint, scalp, throat, left side of my stomach, and breast. In the last week I have developed open sores on my scalp. Like 8 good size ones. Do you have any suggestions as to what this could be?
