What Causes Numerous Small Red Pimples On Upper Back, Chest And Lower Neck?

I am having dozens of small red pimples on my upper back, front upper chest and around my lower neck. Very small, and most without a yellow head, although a few do have a yellow head. Smaller than a pin head. The only thing different in diet is recent addition of over the counter Nexium.

It may be an allergic reaction. Avoid curd at night. Rice at night too. No food supplement be taken.
Take Tab Gandhak rasayan 1 TDs
Khadirarisht 20 ml with equal amount of water
Get check for your blood sugar
