Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Occasional Cramps, Nausea, Dizziness And Excessive Sweating?
I m a W/M 30 years old. 6 3 200lbs. Since Monday, I have had occasional cramping of the left side of my chest and/or heart area. I have occasionally become nauseous, dizzy, and began sweating for what seems to be no reason. The cramping or pressure on my chest seems to be worse when laying down. I have been a tobacco user for 14 years (chewing and smoking). It seems to be made worse with any kind of stimulant (caffeine, nicotine, etc).
First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to rule out any cardaic event with EKG and blood tests like cardaic markers. other possibilities include heart burn. Try taking Ranitidine and sucralfate syrup.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
