What Causes Occasional Lack Of Sleep While Having Hydrocephalus?

Hello Dr Keerthi, my name is Eric. I have a son who was diagnosed with hydrocephalus at 3 months old. he is now 10 and having issues with sleep occasionally, its not constant but at least once or twice a month he is unable to attend school due to lack of sleep, I ve read conflicting arguments on this subject and am wondering if you may have some insight into the issue. thank you
