What Causes Occasional Pain On Testicles?

hey, I am a 16 yr old male and recently i experienced a really bad sharp pain in my left testical near the lower back of it. The pain goes and then come's back sometime's worse. It has happened a few time's now the past 2-3 day's. My left testical is sat higher then my right.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of you being 16 yr old male and recently you have experienced a really bad sharp pain in your left testicle near the lower back of it. The pain goes and then come's back sometime's worse. It has happened a few time's now the past 2-3 day's. The left testicle is sat higher then the right.
This indicates that there is a definite problem in the testicle.
I would advise you the following:
Get an appointment of an Urologist for clinical evaluation and examination.
Urgent color doppler and ultrasonography examinations to decide the problem.
Tests of blood and urine would help more.
If there is torsion or anything surgical you may need a small surgery.
If this is due to an infection you have to take a long course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
