I sometimes have rectal pain and discomfort in the tops of legs buttocks I am permanently stressed- 52 female - 10 months since last period so menopausal. CA125 fine and no blood found in stool check. pap smear fine. I am taking mild tranquilizers. I have a lot of tingling in hands and feet. the rectal pain is not everyday but the days it is not there, there is a pain like at the lowest part of my spine - central. I worry constantly that any of my mildest symptoms are cáncer. Have also started to see a psycologist.

Hello,

This kind of pain can be due to excessive sitting or it could be a spinal problem. I would advise you to consult a orthopedic specialist. Do share this with your psychologist also. Avoid fatty and spicy food in your diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shubham Mehta
