General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to times corporis which is a fungal infection. I suggest using an anti-fungal treatment such as Clotrimazole cream for local application. I also suggest using Fluconazole 150 mg daily once. I recommend to avoid sweating which can trigger the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
