What Causes Occipital Head Pain With Syncope And Residual Sleep?

hi, i keep getting a sharp pain in the back of my head on my left side that on night got so bad i couldn't move or talk as it started to fad away in a few minutes i passed out and fell asleep without me even wanting to i talked to my doctor but didn't get much done because i am worried and i have a lot of other problems going on with my body and i don't know if it affiliated with everything together.
