What Causes Ocular Migraine, Jaw Swelling, Facial Redness, Neck And Back Pain?

I have a 13 year old who has been having very odd symptoms for months now. She has been seen by many doctors and has had many tests no one can figure this out I am very worried. Today she had an ocular migraine. She has swelling in her jaw, redness on her face( doctor calls it a butterfly rash), neck pain, back pain (lower), dizziness, headaches, nausia, her temp is 97.9. ANy ideas?
