What Causes Off And On Twitching And Blood Shot Eyes?

Hi Dr. I have red bloodshot eyes with a little yellowing, I have MS and have let it go for about a month and it doesn t seem to be getting any better. Somewhat discomfort and a off and on twitch to the left eye, which is the eye that seems to be effected worse. I am in the process of changing family physicians as the Multicare family Dr. I have is almost impossible to see...two + week wait and has made a few serious errors as of late, such as prescribing the wrong medication for me. I do not drink, but do take ibupropen and Excedrin on pretty much a daily basis for my MS symptoms and for shoulder pain and lessening neck pain as I had neck surgery in May due to a rear end car accident. Other symptoms would be fatigue and weight gain. I have had the basic thyroid test and it looked ok. I know I need to get a new family Dr. and am wondering if this is worth calling my MS doctor. Thanks for any information you may suggest.
