What Causes Oily Discharge From Breast Along With Missed Period?
Age 24 female. My left breast has a discharge that is oily in texture and clear. I m not on any contraceptives and I missed my period this month. But my period is very irregular and I ve missed 3 months in a row when stressed. I have exams right now so it might be the stress. What could hey e cause of this discharge?

Stress can cause irregular periods, there are also other causes.
(1)physical illness
(2)high prolactin levels- high levels of this hormone can also cause breast discharge
(3)abnormal thyroid hormone levels
(4)polycystic ovarian syndrome
Breast discharge may also occur with a cyst in the breast, infection , over stimulation as well.
After exams, if it continues, you may want to see your doctor for an assessment.
