hi, i need your help doctor.... i have an oily pimles on my face the promblem is that the pimles are very painful & the other thing is that there is dark marks of the pimles....so waht is the best soap that i can use to wash my face to make contol for the oil ,, what is the best treatment for this oily pimles thanks

Hi,
You seem to suffer from acne vulgaris. Take treatment after consulting the dermatologist. I would recommend you to apply Clindamycine gel and to take cap Minocycline 50 mg daily for the long time. Cleanse the face with Cetaphil lotion.
