What Causes Oily Yellow Discharge From Scalp And Bumps On Face?

I have an oily yellow secretion coming from my scalp its scabs sup it hardens and bumps all over my face that are not typical with pimples like as if I m bitten what s wrong I also have we nothing that resembles a stye one on each eye knot in the back of my head

Discharge from scalp with lesion on face are suggestive of seborrheic dermatitis .
Its a complex skin disease affecting scalp and many parts of body. Scalp itching with discharge is typical .
Dermatitis may lead to exfoliating of skin.
It may involve respiratory system and is commonly associated with asthma.
I recommend you to visit a dermatologist to get examined.
