What Causes On And Off Pain Below The Breast Bone With Breathlessness?

I have been getting sudden pain in my stomach, below breast bone on right side, they are sudden and almost feel like a cramp you would get in the leg. During this time it is hard to breath. It happens irregularly and only last a few minutes off and on, then it subsides

Regarding your experience with stomach cramps below the breastbone that wax and wean with associated breathlessness I am suggesting you have gradually developing a condition called pylorospasm (spasm of the pylorus) with possible abdominal rigidity

In view of this please take th the following buscopan robaxin

If no improvement schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment
