What Causes On And Off Pain On Wrist And Ear?

I have an on and off (once a day, once every 2 or 3 days) pain on the pinky side of my right wrist, on the side. Every time it hurts, i feel a pain in my right ear as well. It is not very painfull my nevertheless disables me from doing much else while its there,. It last for 10 seconds, give or take 5
