What Causes On And Off Pressure In Eyes?

Jan. 2010 I started having pressure on and off in my eyes. Then a couple months later the dizziness started. My docs. started many tests. Complete Phys. with blood work. ENT checked hearing did ENG and CT, all normal. Nuerologist treat for Migranes Nortriptoline, Occipatal Nerve blook. No relief. CT w&wo Contrast of my brain. Ortho Doc. found a bulging disc. in my neck, had mulitiple Spinal Cortizone Inj. No relief. I have developed more symptoms now. I have pressure in my eyes,blurred vision, an ache at the base of my Scull at the top of my neck, savere fatigue, tremors inside, almost like I am short circuiting inside and my hands tremor sometimes. Sometimes I have trouble with speach and my thought process. Insomnia, but my Docs have me on Xanax to help with that My Docs. have no answers yet. I am 46 white male 5 6. 145lbs. I was very active until Jan2010. Worked out 4 days a week work and run 2 bussines. I can t handle any exertion now I work and lay down alot. I am looking for any input or direction. I am currently trying to get into Johns- Hopkins, but without a diagnosis the process is long 4 months so far, still not in yet
