General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an orbicular migraine. I recommend to see an ophthalmologist to exclude vision issues. Meanwhile, I suggest using an over the counter option to treat the vertigo such as Meclizine Hydrocloride. I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 3 times a day to relieve the headache.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
