What Causes One Breast To Be Larger Than The Other?

I have one breast much larger than the other when not wearing a bra. I am 70 yrs old-have had two kidney transplants .The latest in 2015,at which time my bowel was hit and I was in the hospital for 11 months with serious infections. Kidney is fine but after 7 surgeries and relearning to walk and get around ,I find my body having things I'm not used to going on.r

Hello,

In some individuals one breast is slightly larger and at a lower position compared to other. It’s quite normal and nothing much to worry. If the change in size is recent you can go for a mammogram to look for any mass or lump.
