What Causes One Eye Dropping,numbness In Tongue And Loss Of Hearing?
i cannot afford a dr which is why i am here.. recently i am expierencing one eye drooping causing bi level vision but not the entire face droops, my tongue can go numb i can hear my blood pressure in both ears, sometimes I loose hearing in one ear and my balance can be affected also but it onlhy lasts about 20 minutes whats going on?

This is probably a facial palsy disease, it is a disease affecting a nerve in the face by temporary paralysis. you should seek a neurologist advice.
