hi my grandmother has episodes where it looks like she s falling asleep for a couple seconds and then after the episode she s back to normal other than her left eye staying closed when the right eye is opened sometimes any idea what may be causing this? she also has Alzheimer s and she s 80

Such a thing is indicative of some neurological deficit. Nothing very serious with this age.
Alzeh disease may also precipitate all these.
Hope blood sugar and urea level are maintained.
Must be taking some neuro vitamins. Continue.
