What Causes One Leg To Be Cold To Touch From Ankle To Knee?

I twisted my ankle about 2 weeks ago and went to the doctor. I was told that it was sprained. It still hurts and it is cold to the touch from my ankle to my knee. My other leg is warm. I am very worried about it being cold. Is that something that I should seek medical attention for?
