What Causes One Sided Headache, Nausea And Muscle Pain?

Hello, I never used to get headaches. For the last year and a half, I seem to get them regularly on one side of my head. Sometimes I feel nauseous, sometimes not. I also have a lot of muscle aches unless I am regularly seeing a massage therapist and taking magnesium. I don t know if it is all related or not. Just wondering if I m getting old (53) or should I look into it?
