What Causes One-sided Swelling In Face?

Hi my son has half face swollen since last Dec. He was treated with Doxycicline for one month as GP suspected sinusitis.It did not help so ge got ref. to laryngologist,got CT done -no abnormalities detected.Then ref. to dermat. who put him on Doxy again for 3 months now...still swollen.Bloods are NAD only Creat is 94 I dont know what to do.

creatinine value of your son is abnormally high.it causes the swelling of the face,even he may have swelling in legs also.please consult the nephrologist asap.thank you
