What Causes One-sided Swelling In Neck And Blocked Sinuses?

hi there one side of my neck is swollen (left) and I am having blocked up sinuses but the main worry is the left hand side of my neck because it is quite big and feels like a massive bruise. I have had this problem from Christmas eve and still have it. PLEASE HELP

a unilateral neck swelling following sinus infection may be due to lymphadenopathy
it could be due to infection most probably or a lymphoma
in my opinion you must visit your doctor for battery of tests like FNAC of swelling and complete blood count test
you need to worry it will be alright with a course of antibiotic
