What Causes Only Clots During Menstruation?

HI, During my menses, i pass out only clots while i pee. I am scared of seeing it every time in during my menses. Its almost a year that i am seeing only clots in my menses. Please suggest me any ayurvedic medicine for the same. Me and my husband are planning for a child and I am worried whether I can carry a child or not.
