What Causes Open Scar And Fluid In Lungs Post Colon Cancer Treatment?

i just want to ask somethin my aunt got operated because of colon cancer. . after her 2nd operation.. the doctor said that she will be fine.. but now.. her scar open alone.. and her lungs full of fluids.. what do u think seem to be the problem?
