General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from six open sores in your private area and butt hole. You are having pain on wiping and when you pee. You are also discharging yellow vaginal fluid. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene. Wear loose soft cotton clothes so that you do not hurt yourself. Do not touch, pop or scratch the area affected. Your symptoms are indicative of genital herpes, avoid sex or any type of sexual activity for a couple of days.

Get clinically examined by a gynecologist / GP, get viral culture (tissue sample or scraping of the sores for examination in the laboratory) and blood test done to detect HSV. You will be accordingly treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Taking anti-inflammatory medicines and cold compression will give relieve. You can apply ointment Zovirax on the affected area.

Yellow discharge per vagina is indicative of sexually transmitted diseases like chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis. You can take doxycyline-100mg, orally twice daily for 7-14 days. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to rule out UTI. To prevent sexually transmitted diseases you should consistently and correctly use condoms during all penile-vaginal sexual encounters. Avoid multiple partners.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

All your symptoms are indicating possible herpes breakout. To me, you should get a close consultation with gynecologist and start immediate treatment with prescription antivirals and antibiotics. Try not to touch the open sores. Apply topical antibiotic ointment. Keep good local hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
