What Causes Open Sores On The Face While Suffering From Elevated BP?

My daughter is 24. she was diagnosed with hashimotos 5 years ago. she has not been to see a doctor regularly and is not on medication now. she is having sever issues and I need to know if she should go to the ER. Her BP is 148/92 110 pulse. she has open sores on her face and check with coarse black hairs growing out of them. She is weak and says her stomach hurts. Is she having a thyroid storm?

You need to go to emergency room because she needs to get her blood pressure and pulse stabilized. After the first stabilisation the thyroid tests need to be performed. Maybe she is in a thyroid storm as you call it and you need to consult her endocrinologist for that.
