What Causes Opening Of The Inner Skin Of Penis During Intercourse?

Hi,

I am 28 years old. I was recently married. While doing sex with my wife, sometimes my inner skin of penis gets opened. I feel pain and irritation couple of days, then it was closed automatically. I was not able to do sex with her when it was opened and I feel discomfort. When it was closed, then I feel normal. I am afraid of this, could you help me on this
