What Causes Orange And Brown Discharge?

I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant. Awoke this am and went to the bathroom, urinated and when I wiped there was bright orange (bloodish looking) discharge. It then became brown and now it is completely gone. I have a history of multiple miscarriages. Should I worry? What could that have been?
