What Causes Orange Colored Bumps On The Tip Of The Penis?

Hello, I have some small (less than 1 mm) pale orange bumps on the end of my, um gentleman sausage. They re in little, long clusters that go up to about a centimetre, lengthwise in the bit of skin at the end which is all crinkled up, and you pull it back to see them. Theres a few rows of the bumps, and theyre on the underside of the tip. I tried to wipe them off, or squeeze them and there was no effect but when I squeezed them it hurt. I just noticed them when I was getting changed, and I ve searched the internet, but I havent found anything on orange ones like these. I havent showered or bathed in a few days, unfortunately. Also, theres a purple artery or vein or something in that area which is standing out. My urine is green as well. I suspect it might be an infection or something. Id like to also note that when I pull the skin back, it s going farther back than it ever has before. That might not have anything to do witg it, but I thought I should mention it. I m actually reaally nervous and shaky right now (hence the typos) because im a bit of a worrier, I am really scared and in need of reassurance so please reply soon.
