What Causes Orange Colored Menstrual Period And Back Pain?

please help Im not feeling well .. I had recently caught a chest cold and then a stomach virus right after never really feeling like I recovered from the chest cold I went to work for risk of losing my job ..I still feel weak and have upper and lower back pain Im feeling now like someone unplugged me i have no energy I cant keep my eyes open and I noticed when I was at work my fingers were turning a grey blue color when i felt like I was going to pass out .. I quickly rubbed my hands together hoping it would help but it didnt .. I came home layed down and fell asleep I not running a temp actually Im colder then normal and now to add to all this I started my period and its a bright orange color never in my years of menstration have I ever seen that !! Am I going nuts I would hate to pay for a visit to a doctor if this is something that will just pass and is normal due to a virus or something but I cant shake the tired feeling and feeling dizzy ... Do you have any helpful info that would explain my odd combination of symptoms ......?????
