What Causes Orange Colored Urination After Taking Plan B?

Hi me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom got slippery so some semen got on the crack of my butt, and we wiped it off and made sure I was OK. I took the plan B pill the next morning TO MAKE SURE. But for 3-5 days I ve been having dark orange urine and it s worrying me. I drink alot of water and take cranberry pills. Can you tell me what s going on?
