OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Orange coloured urine can be due to highly concentrated urine due to dehydration or due to anything which she has eaten. She should drink plenty of fluids.
If she is not feeling any fetal movements, she should consult an OBGYN specialist and get an ultrasound done to assess the fetal well being.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you both good health.
