What Causes Orange Colored Vaginal Spotting?

So i always check my daily symptoms and i have a tracker on my phone it says i am in day 40 of late luteal phase and i have had 4 days or light orange spotting or nothing at all. i was checked a few weeks ago for anemia and i do not have anemia so i am not sure whats going on
