What Causes Orange Discharge During Periods With Tumor On Sternum?

I get my period once a month like normal but for the past sixth months it has been orange I got blood tests at the doctor and everything appears normal. I m also concerned about bone pain especially in the chest I think I found a tumor near my sternum

If you feel some lump arond breast than in my opinion you should get yourself examined by doctor.
Have food rich in green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of oral fluids.
