What Causes Orange Discoloration On The Roof Of The Mouth?

Hi it hasn't been long but the roof of my mouth is a light orange color and sometimes my tongue would turn orange..... I would make sure to brush my teeth and tongue and the orange color would be gone but it come back before I go to bed... I am worried and I don't know what to do....it doesn't hurt or anything...could anyone please help

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that Orange coating on tongue can be due to a few common reasons like food debris accumulation, proliferation of chromogenic bacteria, dyes present in medicines, acid reflux etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
As of now start gargling with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Do warm saline gargles..
Take more of hard foods like apples, carrots and other hard foods that help in cleaning the tongue and roof of mouth with friction..
