What Causes Orange Lumps In Throat After A Throat Infection?

Hey :) I Have just got home from a 3 day music festival where hygiene probably wasn't the best... I contracted a sore throat yesterday afternoon and began using throat spray and lozenges. Today it still hurts and I have taken a look with a light at the back of my throat and it's covered in orange looking lumps and thread sized veins- any idea what this could be?
