What Causes Orange Oil Droplets On The Stools Of A Child?

My 7 year old child has orange oil droplets on her stool this morning. She has no at all. Yesterday she ate escolar fish for dinner and she likes to hash brown potatoe almost every breakfast. No need to worry much for this orange oil drops in stool as he is not having diarrhoea or abdominal pain.
But better to get done stool microscopic examination.
If this is normal then no need to worry.
This orange oil droplets can be due to fish oil metabolism.
