What Causes Orange Spotting During Periods?

OK well I had my period 2weesks ago I ve had intercourse with my husband a few days ago I was told I couldn t conseve both my tubes were taking out from tubal babies (3times) However today I went to the rr and I m spotting or orange and I ve had a few cramps here and there?????? what s a matter with me?????help??!!??
