What Causes Orange Vaginal Discharge After Unprotected Sex?
I m on continuous birth control due to bring anemia. I have been on the for quite a few years...my husband and I have unprotected sex and I missed one pill yesterday and today I have very orangish red blood when I wipe..what causes that? Should I take pregnancy test? Two days ago I took one and it was negative.

Pregnancy tests are most accurate only after ten days of missed periods not on second day after unprotected sex.
Orange red mild bleeding discharge may be due to the missed pill .
If it has not yet been 72hours since unprotected sex then kindly take an emergency contraceptive pill and another after 12hours. Wait till you get your periods without having any more unprotected sex.
If you get your periods you are safe . Otherwise get a pregnancy test 10 days after missed periods.
