General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

NOted you history of Fundoplication operation for acid and heartburn problems, lots of nausea but unable to throw due to surgery, had stomach ulcer perforation and now having orange-yellow vomitus.
All this is obviously due to ulceration in stomach or duodenum.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
PPI like OMeprazole.
Domperidone.
Antacid orally.
Stop oily and foods if you have started.
Consult your Doctor immediately or see a Doctor in ER as you need urgent care.
Upper GI Endoscopy and other investigations as may be needed for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
