What Causes Orgasms When Urination Is Held Back?

know it sound silly but its true when i have to pee pretty bad i get orgasms like 12-17 if i hold myself and not in a row like every 3 min. i have felt this for like a year. and i REALLY wanna know whats casing it. it sorta feels like the urine is hitting my clitoris or something and sexually exiting me. and i get it every time i wait to go to the bathroom. i know its a real condition because i read about people who have the same experience. whats doing this to me? please help !
