What Causes Oscillopsia?

I've started having a very strange symptom of some sort. When I look at an inanimate object I see it moving or beginning to move slightly. I look away and then look back and the same thing happens. Doesn't matter what the object is, leaves, pipes, wires, cables, etc. Is this a symptom of something??
