What Causes Osteomyelitis, Ear Infections With Normal Lab Results?

I have been diagnosed with osteomilytis with the help of an MRI. However, my lab work is all normal...WBC, ESR, Uric Acid, C reactive protien, all the arthritic panels....The doctors, now seeing my 5th one...they don't know what to do with me or how to treat me....I have also come down with two ear infections during this 6 week ordeal. So far, I have not been treated. No antibiotic, nothing. The osteomilytis is on the top of my left foot and has not improved.. I am seeing a specialist in the foot and ankle on Wednesday but it seems that no one knows what to do. Any suggestions?
