General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, painful blisters on penis might be related to bacterial infection with Staph aureus or viral lesion as herpes genitalia. This can be possible with similar partner since one year also. Kindly consult an expert dermatologist for precise clinical diagnosis and further management guidelines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
