What Causes Outbreak Of Itchy Hives That Increase In Size When The Temperature Is High?

I am experiencing flu like symptoms. Bodyaches, hacking cough, high fever up to 103.6. I was started on a z pack and phoebe than with codeine and a diagnosis of bronchitis. Whenever I start to get a high temp I break out in itchy hives that start small then get larger and larger and after a few hours go away. Is this normal?

better to take antihistamine like tab. levocetrizine an h1 blocker every night
