What Causes Outbreak Of Rashes All Over The Body?

yes thank you ! my son spent some time in a unclean motel and broke out in a rash from head to toe he had this for about 3 months and was coming to my house . he finaly went to a doctor and they told him it was scabies. well we all 3 in my house got the cream and treated but I cant get rid of them I think they are in my beds and my couch . I bleach and disinfect every day and wash bed sheets and vacume my couch but we still keep getting reinfected. I pulled one of my hip a few nights ago and they look like lice but I don t know for sure what it is it attacks us in our bed at night and if we set on the couch for any length of time . I don t know what else to do to rid us of this? can you help me find out what it is and how to get rid of them plz?
