What Causes Outbreak Of Red Blisters Oozing Green Liquid On The Labia?

Hello, my fiance and I have been together for 5 years now and we have only been sexually active with each other . I get alot of utis so I went and was tested for stds . All the results came back negative around 2 months ago . A few Days ago I noticed a white ulcer looking sore on my Libia. And a small red one on the other side . This morning I was looking at the ulcer looking one and the infected part was seeming to go away so I pulled it off. I was looking at it again and my discharge has now turned a milky/ green color and I have more small red bumps but yhe big ulcer bump is now filled with the discharge. Any ideas ? I don t think it s a std because I just tested negative and my Fiancé and I have only been with eachother .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
The lesions what you are describing appears to be superficial bacterial infection of the skin.
She needs to do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin cream topically over the lesion.
3. Take anti-inflammatory analgesic Tablet. Ibuprofen after food.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments and avoid friction in the area.
In case the lesion does not subside in 2 to 3 days, she has to take a course of oral antibiotics like a combination of Amoxicillin with Clavulenic acid.
Maintain good hygiene and keep the area clean and dry. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
Gradually, the lesions should reduce and subside completely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
