What Causes Outbursts Of Laughter In Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Patient?

If a person has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and bifascicular heart block and this person is experiencing outbursts of laughter. Laughter that is so hard that they stop breathing for short periods of time and turn bluish in color. What issues can this cause now and or for the future if any?

Psychiatric assessment and assistance may be necessary
